Duties:


Providing administrative and financial support for HUMS objectives

Preparing the budget and supervising good performance of other administrative, budget, financial and legal matters and constructional plans

Supervising the implementation of all laws relating to employment and trading, logistics and support

Financially supervising university’s contracts and administrative audits of all units of HUMS

Determining and proposing university’s policies in operational, administrative and financial affairs

Supervising human resources provision needed for the university

Supervising cooperatives ,welfare and sports affairs of staff and performing related supportive and encouraging  plans

Planning to identify executive, administrative, financial, and personnel needs and developing necessary programs to meet these needs and to coordinate and monitor related executive activities
