Department of Occupational Medicine


Department of Occupational Medicine is the branch of medicine dealing with the individuals'' health in the workplace, including prevention and treatment of diseases and injuries, with secondary objectives of maintaining and increasing productivity and social adjustment in the workplace. Department of Occupational Medicine is committed to provide education and training courses to medical students, interns, and residents in the educational hospitals of Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences.
